At the Foster County Water Resource Board’s March 11, 2026 meeting in Carrington, board members approved routine minutes, reviewed finances and bills, authorized project submissions for Carrington Creek Cleanout and other drains, and authorized a representative to attend a Rocky Run joint meeting with up to $21,000 in cost sharing.
