Raeford City Council on Nov. 4, 2024 adopted an ordinance adding two stop signs, approved two rezonings to allow manufactured homes, authorized a $150,000 Trillium playground grant application with a dollar-for-dollar match, and held an executive session on personnel. The meeting included a life-saver commendation for two police officers and routine consent and manager reports.
