At its Feb. 5, 2026 meeting, the Oneida County Board of Adjustment conducted an onsite inspection and later granted a variance to the Teclaw Family Irrevocable Trust (Appeal No. 25-010) permitting a structure addition within 35 feet of the ordinary high water mark after deliberation and a unanimous vote. Chair Hansen recused for that appeal.
