The Wylie Historic Review Commission met to discuss creating a downtown historic district guidebook and heard a public comment urging protection of trees and a creek. Staff outlined options for making the guidebook advisory or enforceable, said they will consult the city attorney and schedule work sessions with council, and the commission approved minutes and adjourned.
