Waupaca County Board of Supervisors met Dec. 19, 2023, and approved budget transfers for a finance office remodel and courthouse schematic design, accepted a $9,600 donation for the sheriff's dive team, adopted a speed limit ordinance, approved a zoning map amendment, awarded a schematic design contract, made several committee appointments and heard routine reports.
