House Finance Committee held a first hearing on Senate Bill 146, a bill that would amend the REAA Fund to expand allowable uses for Mount Edgecumbe High School and (initially) teacher housing and remove a $70,000,000 cap; the committee heard a fiscal note and technical questions and set the bill aside pending a committee substitute.
