At its March 28, 2022 meeting the Milan City Council approved a contract to hire James Lancaster as city administrator, authorized several infrastructure and financing actions including a $34,474.40 pump replacement and a bond refunding resolution, and approved a biosolids land-application contract with NutriGro Environmental Solutions. Council also reviewed a list of items to add to future agendas and heard staff and community announcements.
