The Senate Medicaid Committee held a confirmation hearing for the governor's appointee for Medicaid director, Scott Partika. After introductory remarks and a round of questions about eligibility, fraud controls and fiscal forecasting, the committee voted to report the nomination favorably to the Rules and Reference Committee.
