On March 11, 2026 the Adair County Board of Supervisors repealed the county's ordinance regulating hazardous liquid pipelines, voted not to vacate a portion of 115th Street while agreeing to close it during nearby construction, approved multiple road contracts and project plans, and authorized staff to begin drafting an ordinance addressing large transmission lines and potential data center impacts.
