The City of Port St. Lucie Planning and Zoning Board met Feb. 3, 2026, and approved support for a Recreational Trails Program grant for Torino Regional Park, a landscape-modification to allow a continuous 6-foot hedge instead of a wall at a Southern Grove Lowe's buffer, and a special-exception use for a children’s gym called We Work the Spectrum.
