The Appleton finance committee met Dec. 8, 2025, and unanimously approved a set of budget amendments, contract awards and grant acceptances, including funding for police equipment, a DNR lead-service-line outreach grant, several public-works contracts and write-offs. Committee members asked for clarifications on asset-forfeiture use, outreach scope for the lead grant, and budget availability for a wastewater project.
