Marlboro County Council met Nov. 13, 2025, approved a county personnel manual (Ordinance #871), approved an inducement resolution for a proposed $160 million solar project (Project Cranberry Cousins) after a 5–1–1 vote, and authorized $69,000 for engineering work at the county detention center; several routine contracts and reports were also approved.
