The Mill Valley School District board voted unanimously to certify the final EIR and approve a renovation-focused plan for Mill Valley Middle School (alternative 5) with on-site interim classrooms, approved the first interim budget revision and related budget items, heard extensive public comment both supporting and opposing the middle school site, and completed routine organizational items including officer nominations and liaison assignments.
