At the March 12 regular meeting of the Muncie Fire Merit Commission, commissioners approved minutes and accepted a skills-evaluation rubric; the commission received a Delaware County circuit court order remanding a disciplinary proceeding for firefighter Benjamin Renz and voted to take the court documents and departmental filings under consideration for future action.
