San Bernardino City Unified District Advisory Council (DAC) convened a hybrid meeting to review hybrid norms, approve prior minutes, and hear presentations on transportation services, the California Dashboard/local indicators (parent involvement), differentiated assistance programs (ATSI/TSI/CSI/equity multiplier), supports for foster/homeless youth (Atlas), and equity-targeted work for African American scholars (ETSA). Presenters walked families through how to give input via QR‑code survey and described district programs, enrollment and transportation supports, and recent program results; the meeting adjourned after brief public scheduling comment.
