Altoona City Council held a regular meeting Dec. 1, 2025, where members unanimously approved a set of updated construction, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire and housing codes, approved plats and site plans for the Robinson NW industrial project, and authorized water system projects including a new water treatment plant and Well No. 5. Several consent items and department updates were also approved.
