At its Nov. 3, 2025 meeting at Altoona City Hall, the City of Altoona Council approved an amendment expanding the Altoona Urban Renewal Area by roughly 250 acres, approved a development agreement with PC Power Center LLC, and cleared a slate of plats and site plans for residential and commercial projects. The council also approved a consent agenda including GEMT agreements and an employment contract extension for the city administrator.
