Santa Paula Unified School District board met in December for organizational elections, personnel appointments, budget and program reviews, and votes on several contracts and purchases. Trustees approved interim principal appointments, a retirement-incentive resolution and the district's first interim budget; a proposed mentoring contract was discussed at length but died for lack of a motion.
