Torrance Unified School District trustees heard a consultants HR organizational review, accepted the report and asked staff to develop an implementation plan; the board tabled a proposed certificated HR director job description for later consideration. Trustees also received reports from the student board member and community partners and approved several consent items, including a one-time USC leadership cohort pilot.
