Northshore School District study session reviewed Goal 2 (responsible, resilient and empathetic learners). District staff presented Panorama and Healthy Youth Survey findings on belonging, happiness, access to adults, student engagement and attendance; board members discussed disparities (gender nonbinary, low-income, special education), causes of attendance gaps, and transition supports for sixth and ninth grades.
