At its March 11, 2025 meeting the Appleton City Plan Commission approved the Mission Ridge North final plat, a subdivision plan that will allow up to 106 residential parcels (phase 1: 68 lots) and includes an outlot for a stormwater retention pond; staff noted remaining technical reviews. The commission also briefly introduced a new economic development specialist.
