Citrus Heights City Council approved a resolution authorizing the city manager to enter into an economic development and participation agreement with the Metal Shop to support the proposed Sunrise Sports Center; the vote was unanimous. The council also approved midyear budget amendments, heard dozens of public comments (many urging preservation of Royal Stage theater), and discussed a proposed street renaming process for Sayonara Drive.
