The Escalon Planning Commission on March 10 approved a two-year time extension for a previously approved meat market at 760 Escalona Avenue and approved a conditional use permit amendment allowing Showoff Motorsports to expand into a second location at 2043 Jackson Avenue with façade and signage updates. Commissioners and staff discussed a new letter from the regional air board and conditions for permitting and sign illumination limits.
