The commission unanimously approved a special-use expansion for Clovers Garden Center to add a 60-by-120-foot fenced prep/storage area behind Suburbanite Bowl and recommended multiple approvals for the Village's new south fire station project, including a rezoning, subdivision consolidation, a variance for a 350 kW diesel emergency generator, and a major site plan; most actions will go to the Village Board on March 19, 2026.
