Chair Bridal Magnan called the 03/18/2026 regular meeting to order, asked Lisa to call the roll, and designated Buddy Field to serve as the voting alternate for the evening. The agency membership present was recorded during roll call.
The Milford Inlands Wetlands Agency on March 18, 2026 approved jurisdictional rulings for a proposed in-ground pool at 148 Centennial Drive and for a rear-lot single-family home on a shared driveway; both approvals were unanimous and conditioned on erosion controls and city-engineer requirements. A larger subdivision item (IW250061, Big Drive) was deferred pending additional perk tests and finalized plans. The agency set its next meeting for April 1, 2026.
