The Blueprint Board of Directors met in Tallahassee to approve appointments, consider authorization for a 2026 bond issuance to accelerate infrastructure projects, vote on several eminent-domain resolutions for project right-of-way and to request further analysis of a $375,000 noncompetitive grant request from Neighborhood Medical Center to open an in-house pharmacy on South Monroe (a demonstrated pharmacy desert).
