Montgomery County Council opened with a Trans Day of Visibility proclamation, held public hearings on a $400,693 supplemental appropriation for MCPS career advising, and took public testimony on two expedited bills: the ICE Out Act (Bill 13-26) and the Vehicle Recovery Act (Bill 14-26). The council approved the MCPS appropriation and a Wheaton Arts District redesignation and continued a preliminary review of the FY27–32 CIP.
