The Parks & Trails Commission met March 9 to approve minutes, hear public comment on a proposed donation and a petition to add the St. Helens golf course to the parks master plan, receive a Port of Columbia update on Milton Creek restoration, discuss park assessment processes and park maintenance priorities, review a splash-pad safety proposal, and elect a new chair and vice chair amid budget uncertainty.
