Chair Bailey Goodwin called the March 11 consolidated land use board meeting to order, conducted roll call and announced present and absent members (Becky Morris; John Calvin absent; Frank O'Connor; Bill Cuba; Becky Bird; Cindy Daniels; Forrest Kreizmann).
At its March 11 meeting the Livingston consolidated land use board reviewed proposed zoning text amendments to Chapter 30 affecting light industrial and industrial districts, heard public comment and staff analysis about floodplain and deed restrictions, and voted unanimously to recommend denial of the text amendments while asking the City Commission to revisit rezoning four east-side parcels (three hospital-owned and one Watson family parcel) back to light industrial.
