Federal and state transportation officials met with Wisconsin industry representatives to discuss trucking safety, enforcement and regulatory reforms, including rulemaking on English-language proficiency for CDL holders, electronic log devices and efforts to remove fraudulent training schools and shell ‘chameleon’ carriers from the system.
