The Village Council of Forest Park met Nov. 10 and approved a new ordinance regulating ice-cream vending vehicles (Ordinance 48-25) after an amendment on hours and vendor caps, adopted multiple routine ordinances and resolutions including membership in the Illinois Public Works mutual aid network and several contracts/grant acceptances, heard a public comment from the Forest Park School District PTO, and moved into a closed session on litigation.
