La Grange trustees unanimously adopted an ordinance updating rules for electric bicycles, scooters and similar motor-driven devices (including age limits and a pedals requirement), and approved a social-media services contract, a union contract ratification and an intergovernmental training agreement. The board also heard a police update on a narcotics search-warrant arrest and manager updates on an Ogden Avenue bridge project.
