At a special Village of Maywood Board of Trustees meeting on Aug. 17, 2021, trustees unanimously approved an omnibus set of payments and ordinances, appointed Gloria Clay to the Fire and Police Commission, approved two settlement agreements, accepted a grant-funded request for additional tasers for the police department, and recessed to closed session on pending litigation.
