The Town of Loxahatchee Groves council and members of the public spent the meeting debating proposed changes to the town's RV program—covering affidavit/sticker rules, limits by acreage, caretaker exemptions for bona fide agricultural uses, enforcement challenges and proposed fees—and heard two announcements including a FEMA stormwater master-plan grant and upcoming Southern Boulevard Corridor study meetings.
