Santa Monica City Council met in combined special and regular sessions to adopt updates to its Realignment Plan, approve several consent items, consider economic-development measures (including entertainment-zone expansions and a wastewater-fee subsidy for restaurants), and hear extensive public comment on the airport, neighborhood grants, homelessness, and other local issues.
