The Georgetown City Council Personnel Committee on May 27, 2025 voted unanimously to enter an executive session under Illinois statute 5ILCS 120/2(c)(5) for personnel matters, reconvened later the same evening, and scheduled interviews for seasonal street & alley and water and sewer operator positions for June 3 at 5:15 p.m.
