The Outdoor Recreation advisory council met in a hybrid session to hear public comment and applicant presentations for the department's recreational grants, discuss statewide access and travel-management litigation, and approve a slate of recreation, trail, education and search-and-rescue grants after targeted debate and line-item adjustments.
