At its March 12 Oak Harbor Arts Commission meeting, the mayor reviewed advisory roles and expectations, staff presented a draft maintenance standard operating procedure for public art, commissioners formed a maintenance subcommittee, the commission approved amended bylaws to send to council and agreed to schedule a multi-hour workshop to prioritize projects from the art plan.
