Ken Lowry, vice chair of the Mill Creek Design Review Board, opened the March meeting where staff presented a citywide monument-sign replacement program. After discussion of locations, lighting, materials and maintenance, the board voted to approve the signage with a recommendation for exterior illumination and conduit for future power.
