At a Feb. 2, 2026 Maple Valley City Council study session, councilmembers reviewed proposed changes to Title 11 (Commissions), agreed to a three-member interview committee and two-year term limits for chairs, and asked the city manager to return detailed recommendations on interview procedures, alternates and conduct rules.
