The Granite Falls City Council met Feb. 18, 2026; the council approved the 2026 Parks, Recreation and Open Space (PROS) Plan with an amendment allowing staff to update an appendix, adopted a Purchasing Procedures Manual, discussed but took no action on a draft Personnel Policies & Procedures handbook, and appointed a representative to the DEM Advisory Board. Several routine consent items and staff updates were also handled.
