Jurupa Valley City Council certified the Nov. 5 municipal election results, swore in newly elected members, reorganized council leadership, approved a contract amendment for a contract building official, granted a one-year extension for the Rubidoux Gateway affordable-housing entitlements, and asked staff to prepare a study of animal-keeping rules.
