Jurupa Valley City Council met in closed session at 5:35 p.m. and reconvened for a regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. The council announced a 4-0 closed‑session settlement in the Etiwanda case, heard a public comment about volunteer renovations at Pat Pat Merrick dog park, received regional transit and city event updates, approved the agenda/minutes/consent items, and adjourned to its next meeting on Nov. 7.
