Jurupa Valley Planning Commission held two public hearings: (1) directed staff to prepare a resolution to approve a conditional use permit and a public convenience or necessity finding to allow beer-and-wine sales at an existing Circle K (motion carried 3–1, 1 absent); (2) continued a hearing on a proposed 67‑lot density‑bonus subdivision to Oct. 23, 2024 so staff and the city attorney can review a developer letter about requested waivers.
