The Redlands Planning Commission approved a conditional use permit allowing Grocery Outlet to sell general (Type 21) off-sale alcohol at a new 16,000 sq ft store with a condition prohibiting distilled spirits in containers under 375 milliliters; the commission also continued the Tennessee Village project hearing to Sept. 24 and discussed possibly revisiting warehouse zoning rules.
