The El Cajon City Council this evening approved a proposal to build a nine-unit attached condominium at 1471 East Main Street, including two deed-restricted units for moderate-income households, after staff and the applicant described site design, parking, and a pending Caltrans driveway comment. The council voted unanimously among members present; one council member (Kendrick) was absent.
