San Diego City Council received an informational presentation on the Public Utilities Department's five-year financial outlook for water and wastewater, heard several public comments about rates and revenue options, approved election-related ordinance amendments and calling the June 2, 2026 municipal primary, and voted to remove a commissioner from the Commission on Police Practices after an EEO investigation.
