Chair opened the regular Planning Commission meeting, led the pledge and asked Deputy City Clerk Sarah Armas to call the roll; the Commission announced procedures for public comment and consent agenda; no non-agenda public comment was received.
Planning Commission heard three public hearings: (1) denied an appeal of a minor development review at 920/930 Rachel Court and upheld the Community Development Director's approval with a small retaining-wall exception; (2) revoked a conditional use permit for Lambda Chi Alpha at 1264 Foothill Boulevard after repeated noise/unruly-gathering citations; (3) revoked the conditional use permit for Alpha Epsilon Pi at 280 California Boulevard after repeated citations; staff also presented the 2025 General Plan Annual Report.
