Bloomington Public Schools on March 23 approved a new three-year Achievement and Integration (ANI) plan, approved increases to some building reservation and stadium rental fees effective April 15, and accepted a $160,000 Minnesota Department of Education grant for its Emergency Medical Services pathway.
