Lexington Fayette Urban County Council work session on Jan. 20, 2026 included public comment on the Preservation and Growth Management Program, several docket additions and approvals, and committee reports; council placed the proposed preservation/growth ordinance on the docket for first reading with two amendments adopted in committee and then approved in the work session as amended.
